Lily Sider is a senior civil litigation law clerk who joined Pace Law Firm in 2003. She is also a Paralegal licenced by the Law Society of Upper Canada. She came to the firm from a major downtown Toronto litigation boutique where she clerked for two senior partners for several years.
Lily graduated from the Law Clerk Program at Centennial College. Lily has worked for many years in the area of personal injury law where she has developed and honed her knowledge and expertise, specifically in tort matters. She is also experienced in collection matters and maintains a working knowledge of other areas of the law.
When serving the clients of Pace Law Firm, Lily is a very compassionate person who is sensitive to our client needs and she delivers nothing but quality service. Her care and attention to detail lead to superior results for our clients.
Lily is an Associate Member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and is accredited by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Paralegal. She regularly attends continuing legal education seminars and workshops to acquire and implement leading edge processes and procedures into her practice.
Lily is co-author of an article entitled "First Steps" for a Continuing Legal Education Seminar on Deadbeat Dilemmas: How to Collect on Judgments held on April 28th, 2001 at the Canadian Bar Association-Ontario.
