Brian has recently become associated with Pace Law Firm specifically to enhance the personal employment and labour relations component of the services offered by the Firm. Brian brings a perspective from both the employee as well as management side of the employer/employee relationship that includes Employee Relations, Arbitration, Collective Bargaining, Fringe Benefits, Compensation Administration, WSIB, Health & Safety, Pensions, Wrongful Dismissal, Terminations, Recruitment, and Training and Development.
Brian graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1974 and commenced a career in human resources that has spanned over 25 years within both the private and public sectors rising to the executive ranks of the organizations.
Over the last eight years, Brian has taken the initiative in self development by attaining his MBA in 2005 and his law degree in 2007. He was called to the Bar in January 2009 and has been specializing in issues related to the overall employer/employee relationship since then.
With the practical hands on experience coupled with the legal and business background, Brian offers a unique perspective to dealing with and developing realistic solutions to client issues in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.
