Cameron R.B. Fiske graduated from McGill University, in 2004, with a First Class Honours B.A. in History and a minor in Political Science. Subsequently, Cameron earned his Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and Bachelor of Common Law (LL.B.) degrees at McGill University, graduating with distinction in 2007.
Cameron has experience in several areas of law. As a law student in Montreal, he was employed by the firm of McCarthy Tétrault where he served primarily in the civil litigation department for two summers. In addition, while he was a student, Cameron worked at various community legal clinics in Montreal. He provided legal information and assistance, in both English and French, with respect to landlord-tenant disputes, as well as general civil procedure.
In December 2007, Cameron became an articling student, in Toronto, with Heller, Rubel, a prominent criminal law firm, where he acquired extensive experience with respect to criminal court procedures. In January 2009, Cameron was called to the bar in Ontario and, subsequently, joined Pace Law Firm where he practices general civil litigation, criminal law, and personal injury law. He has successfully defended clients accused of both criminal and provincial regulatory offences, and has appeared on contentious motions and discoveries in the field of personal injury. Cameron has also appeared in Divisional Court and is Counsel on an appeal for leave to the Supreme Court of Canada in a Civil Remedies case. He is a member of the Peel Law Association.
