As an associate lawyer, Phil brings an impressive young mind to Pace Law Firm. Phil pursued a double major at York University and graduated with an Honours BA with Distinction in 2003.
He earned his law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2006, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
Phil's particular areas of focus include: Motor Vehicle Accidents, Occupiers Liability, Statutory Accident Benefits, Canada Pension Disability Benefits and Long Term Disability cases.
He regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, FSCO, and Canada Pension Plan/Old Age Security Review Tribunal.
Two important and successful cases on which he has appeared include: Jeffrey v. Baker 2009 Carswell Ont 4561 and Najibullah Ehsas vs Minster of Social Development Canada (SDC) Appeal #: 10269.
Phil speaks fluent Italian and is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization.
