Mario was the first, former insurance industry adjuster to join Pace Law Firm and has been a valuable member of the team since November 1999. A graduate of the Business Administration and Information Management Program at Ryerson Polytechnic University, Mario worked as an insurance analyst for more than 10 years, gaining profound insider knowledge at several major insurance companies.

Mario has extensive experience in the mediation and arbitration process of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.  His no non-sense policy and positive interactions with insurers paves the way for the best possible results for his clients.

Mario and his team focus their practice on car accidents with serious injuries and complex issues.

Always eager to stay on the cutting edge, Mario frequently attends seminars and workshops on personal injury law and accident benefit legislation.

Mario is a Licensed Paralegal and a Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Most noteworthy in this case is not only the amount of the Tort award, but the premise of the claim, which centered around the altered life and career path the client endured as a result of the accident.

  Toronto, Ontario: Pace Law Firm recently obtained a $3.5 million dollar settlement for a client who suffered a car accident in 2003. The accident originally caused modest soft tissue damage which then escalated to catastrophic tissue damage, resulting in devastating effects for both client and family. The impact of the accident on the family was directly proportionate to the effect of the accident on the mother, and the settlement was awarded with this in mind.
