Darlene trained and graduated as a Registered Practical Nurse in Montreal, Quebec and worked in a Medical/Surgical hospital setting for several years before joining the Canadian Armed Forces as a Medical Assistant. During her 6 years in the CAF Darlene was posted at numerous bases in Canada and gained invaluable experience in areas of medicine, field medicine and military life.

After moving to the Toronto area in 1991 Darlene began working as a Manager in a group medical practice and has extensive experience in the area of HIV Primary Care and research. She was actively involved coordinating in a number of large scale research projects and clinical drug trials. Darlene began working in the auto accident field in 2000 when she joined a large medical assessment company and went on to become the General Manager.

Darlene joined the Pace Law Firm team in 2004 and her medical background and experience afford a unique perspective for our clients. Darlene has acquired detailed knowledge of the legislation in both accident benefits and tort and she is a key member of the medical malpractice team.

Darlene is a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario and the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario.
