Milva Prestia graduated from York University, Toronto in 1995 where she earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Linguistics and a minor in Italian.

She continued post graduate studies at Seneca College, where she graduated with Honours in the Regulatory Law Administration Program in 1997.

Upon graduation, Milva started her career in law, and has held a number of positions over the years which have enhanced her considerable expertise and experience representing plaintiffs, including working as a Paralegal, Law Clerk - Accident Benefits, Litigation Clerk and as a General Manager with a Paralegal Group.

Milva joined Pace Law Firm in January 2006, and takes an active role dealing with clients and insurance providers.

Milva is fluent in Italian, and is an active member of her community and local church.
