Susanne Young has been an adjuster in the insurance industry for the past 18 years, 13 of which have been dedicated to her work as an Accident Benefit Specialist. Susanne has extensive knowledge with respect to all complicated Insurance regimes pre and post No-Fault Insurance. As a Technical Specialist in the Accident Benefit field, she has been responsible for many cases of a catastrophic nature. She has also been entrusted with the training and supervising of staff. Susanne has written articles and delivered presentations concerning various Accident Benefits issues. She has also conducted numerous mediations and participated in arbitrations, mandatory mediations and trials.

A graduate of the University of Toronto, Susanne received an Honours B.A. with a double major in English and Sociology. She has also completed Rehabilitation Courses at Seneca College including Rehabilitation I & II, Community Resources and Reintegration into the Community. In addition, Susanne has completed a considerable number of courses and attended conferences with respect to serious injuries both of a physical and psychological nature.

In her spare time, Susanne has been involved with the Ajax Minor Hockey Association as a Manager and the Boy Scout Organization as a parent helper. She also enjoys hockey, soccer, working out, reading and spending time with family and friends.
